The well-known crypto exchange Binance has announced the suspension of withdrawals and deposits for several Multichain-bridged tokens. As the platform shared on its official Twitter handle, the respective suspensions will take effect from the 7th of this month. The top crypto exchange also disclosed that this suspension will not be lifted until further notice.
Binance Stops Withdrawals and Deposits for Many Multichai-Bridged Tokens
In a blog post published on its official web portal, the company also noted that such a suspension was formerly executed by the platform back on the 24th of May this year. This incident was witnessed after the recent situation that occurred with the Multichain (MULTI) protocol. While providing details of the suspensions, the platform mentioned that the suspended tokens include Polkastarter (POLS) through BNB Smart Chain.
Apart from that, Alchemy Pay (ACH) will also witness a suspension on withdrawals and deposits via BNB Smart Chain. Another such token is Beefy.Finance (BIFI). It is restricted from withdrawals as well as deposits through Fantom Network. Additionally, SuperVerse (SUPER) won’t be allowed to do any withdrawals or deposits through BNB Smart Chain.
Travala (AVA) also cannot enjoy withdrawals or deposits through Ethereum Network. Moreover, the platform has also restricted Spell Token (SPELL) from any deposits or withdrawals through Avalanche C-Chain. Along with this, Binance has additionally halted the withdrawal and deposit services for the Alpaca Finance (ALPACA) token via Fantom Network. Harvest Finance (FARM) token is additionally restricted from these facilities via BNB Smart Chain.
Crypto Exchange Says Users Can Withdraw and Deposit These Tokens through Other Compatible Networks
While moving on, the popular crypto exchange apologized to the community in case of any inconvenience caused by this move. It added that the consumers will have permission to withdraw or deposit the aforementioned tokens through the rest of the networks compatible with Binance.
