- The ZTX team is actively providing tools to enable mainstream adoption of Web3 technology after recently raising $13M.
Vibrant and promising Web3 metaverse protocol, ZTX, has announced a successful onboarding campaign that was conducted during the last week of August. According to the project, more than 200k wallet addresses on the Ethereum-based Arbitrum (ARB) were created in a short period, thus indicating the potential to attract more users and content creators in the near future. Having successfully closed its seed funding round with $13 million led by Jump Crypto, the ZTX platform intends to be at the forefront of mainstream adoption, more so in linking Web2 to Web3 seamlessly.
ZTX Web3 Platform Engages Content Creators for Mainstream Adoption
The ZTX platform performed a one-day promo campaign meant to educate the community about its upcoming products. The onboarding significantly focused on the airdrop of the unique ZTX hoodie, which can be bridged between several Web2 platforms and the 3D immersive open world.
The protocol announced that it involved popular content creators who educated their base followers on the ZTX products. Led by Altcoin Sherpa, over 20 content creators who had collectively engaged over 8 million on different social media platforms, took part in the ZTX campaign.
“Everybody in blockchain knows mainstream adoption is key, and that there are different ways to achieve that goal. Gamefi, NFTs, and the metaverse are certainly key areas that push the industry toward that goal, and what ZTX has achieved in a single weekend is mind-blowing. We all talk about how the masses are going to come into crypto in the future if the right tools are provided to achieve that. However, I think that ZTX is providing those tools right now. As a creator myself, this interoperability is game-changing and I don’t think it will be long before other creators in the space realize that too,” Altcoin Sherpa said in a statement.
Similar sentiments were echoed by Alexx, the Chief Futurist of ZTX, who added that the protocol is pushing to bridge the link between Web2 and Web3. Alexx highlighted that ZTX will conduct further campaigns over time to educate the masses on the importance of content creation via the Web3 ecosystem. Web3 platforms reward the content creators and are more transparent about personal data usage.
“The potential to create your content and then publish it on multiple platforms, expanding both your audience and revenue, is a no-brainer. While we expect that more time will be required for ZTX to streamline its cross-platform offerings, the vision was exciting enough to get creators to proactively spread the news to their followers. I suspect more creators will join the movement once they realize the value of having dual presences in both on-chain and off-chain settings. ZTX itself will also be supporting more creators in its bid to further the bridge functionality through more campaigns over time,” Alexx said.
On the Flipside
Amid the mainstream adoption of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency market, the ZTX team has committed to developing relatable products with different partners, in a bid to help content creators earn a passive income from their products.
The ZTX metaverse platform has invited all Web3 enthusiasts to participate in the Genesis Home Mint on Open Sea program on August 30 and 31. The ZTX team has been working with other creative DeFi developers to enhance the upcoming products geared towards an immersive 3D world. ZTX intends to unveil an updated private beta of its on-chain platform in September, in a bid to keep up its recent high pace of shipping features and builds that offer infrastructure tooling for diverse creators.
In mid-July, ZTX completed a playtest beta involving a select group of participants who obtained an access pass NFT. During the playtest, the ZTX developers introduced a Decorator Mode to enable users to explore and customize their 3D land and homes. During the same month, ZTX announced its first wearables partner, Dust Labs, which is the team behind DeGods and y00ts.
